DELIVERY

UK Deliveries

All stock items will be despatched within 1 working day of receipt of order.  If for any reason after placing an order and gone though checkout there is no available free stock our customer service department will inform you of the delay or credit your method of payment.

UK Costs:
Complete free delivery on all purchases.

UK Insurance:
All deliveries are completely insured in transit by Regency Groom.

RETURNS POLICY

At Regency Groom we offer a 30 day returns policy, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases you can return them to us for a full refund. Goods are returned at your own cost. You will be refunded the full amount for the goods (postage and packing will not be refunded). The footwear must be unworn and still in the original shoebox. If, however you would like a replacement size John White will despatch these free of any carriage charges.
